nAbout the Role
n
nYou’ll be our first commercial hire for NCR, responsible for building GenPhase’s presence across hospitals, diagnostic centres, imaging chains and teleradiology groups.
n
nKey Responsibilities
n
n- Build and manage a strong NCR sales pipeline
n- Engage radiologists, HODs, lab directors and healthcare owners
n- Conduct discovery, product demos and pilots
n- Drive negotiations, closures and revenue growth
n- Coordinate PACS/HIS integration and customer go-live
n- Develop long-term customer relationships and expansion opportunities
n- Represent GenPhase at IRIA events and industry forums
n- Track pipeline, forecasts and quarterly targets




n- Bring market intelligence on customer needs, competitors and pricing
n
nWhat We’re Looking For
n
n✅ 3+ years of healthcare/medical sales experience — mandatory
n✅ Experience in teleradiology, PACS, imaging software/equipment, diagnostics or radiology AI preferred
n✅ Strong existing network across NCR hospitals & diagnostic centres
n✅ Comfortable discussing radiology workflows, modalities, TAT and reporting
n✅ Business-level understanding of cloud deployment, PACS integration & data security
n✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
n✅ Fluent in Hindi & English
n✅ Self-driven and comfortable building the playbook from scratch
