N What will your role look like

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow Expert Platform. N
- Architect and deliver solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to support enterprise service management initiatives. N
- Design scalable ServiceNow integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers. N
- Provide technical leadership for custom development on the ServiceNow platform including Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and custom applications. N
- Design contemporary and intuitive user experiences using UI Builder and the ServiceNow Experience framework. N
- Lead implementations ofCustomer Service Management (CSM) capabilities to enhance customer support workflows. N
- Define platform architecture standards, governance models, and best practices for ServiceNow development and integrations. N
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners,



and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. N
- Conduct architecture reviews, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform best practices. N
