Hands-on experience administering Nexthink in an enterprise environment (backend/server administration, console management, and analytics).
- Nexthink Administrator certification (required)
- Hands on experience administering the Nexthink platform
- Experience supporting enterprise Windows and macOS endpoint environments
- Working knowledge of PowerShell and Bash scripting
- Experience with extending platforms through REST API integrations
- Ability to translate business needs into measurable digital experience outcomes
- Basic understanding of ITSM concepts (incident and problem management)
- Robust analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with guidance from senior team members
- Familiarity with data privacy/compliance considerations when designing investigations and reports.
