- Robust knowledge of IP telephony and VoIP technologiesn
- Experience with SIP, H.323, RTP, SRTP, codecs (G.711, G.729, Opus, etc.)n
- Hands-on experience with enterprise voice platforms (e.g., Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams Voice, or equivalent)n
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, DNS, DHCP)n
- Experience with voice gateways, SBCs, and PSTN integrationn
- Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting toolsn
