nJob Title: Middleware (IBM MQ /IBM IIB/IBM ACE Administrator) Support engineer.

nKey Responsibilities:
nIBM MQ Administration: Manage, configure, and troubleshoot IBM MQ (v8.x/v9.x) infrastructure, including Queue Managers, MQSC commands, Clustering, Triggering, and Dead Letter Queues (DLQ).
nIntegration Platform Support: Support IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE v11/v12/v13) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB v10) production environments, execution groups, and message flow deployments.
nSecurity Management: Perform routine SSL/TLS certificate renewals, security configurations, and Object Authority Manager (OAM) security setup for MQ/Webserver infrastructure.
nIncident & Support Management: Lead 24x7 / early-shift production support, incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and SLA management for mission-critical enterprise applications.
nMonitoring & Operations:



Work with tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, RFHUtil, IBM MQ Explorer, and ServiceNow/BigPanda to diagnose performance bottlenecks and heap/thread issues.

nWhat We Are Looking For:
nExperience: Minimum 8+ years of hands-on middleware production support or administration.
nCore Skillset: IBM MQ (v8/v9), ACE v11+, IIB v10, Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting, SSL/TLS Management, and MQSC.
nCertifications (Bonus): IBM Certified System Administrator (IBM MQ) or Certified Solution Developer (ACE/IIB).
nDomain Exposure: Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Payment Gateway infrastructure (e.g., FTM/SWIFT) is highly preferred.
nShift Readiness: Flexibility to support early morning production shifts and 24x7 rotational on-call duties.
