Role: Accountant
nLocation: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh / Remote
nExperience: 2 - 5 Years
nWorking Hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
nSchedule: US Time-Zone / Extended EU-Hour Support
nEmployment: Full-Time

nLocation Preference: Preference will be given to candidates from Jabalpur or nearby areas, as this is a Jabalpur-based, work-from-office opportunity.

nKey responsibilities:
n

n
- n
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.n
- Handle General Ledger (GL) entries and reconciliations.n
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.n
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).n
- Review and reconcile GL accounts and investigate discrepancies.n
- Support monthly/periodic closing activities.n
- Assist with financial reporting and accounting summaries.n
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and support compliance requirements.n
- Coordinate with US-based clients, vendors,



and internal teams during overlapping business hours.n

nWhat we are looking for:

- n
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related fieldn
- 2-5 years of relevant accounting experiencen
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, AP, AR & GLn
- Experience with reconciliations and financial reportingn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwaren
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsn
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracyn
- Good communication and organizational skillsn
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teamsn
- Comfortable working 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM ISTn
