nCore Requirement (Very Important):
nWe are looking for candidates with strong hands-on Dynatrace administration experience, including:
n✔ OneAgent deployment, configuration & lifecycle management
n✔ ActiveGate setup, clustering & routing
n✔ Management Zones, tagging strategy & monitoring architecture
n✔ Service & process detection rules, request attributes
n✔ Alerting,
problem detection & RCA using PurePath / Smartscape
n✔ Synthetic Monitoring & RUM implementation
n✔ Dashboarding, DQL / metrics / custom configuration
n✔ ITSM integration (ServiceNow / Jira)

nMandatory Experience:
n✔ End-to-end Dynatrace implementation / migration / upgrade
n✔ At least one PoC or solution design ownership
n✔ Exposure to cloud monitoring (AWS / Azure / GCP / Kubernetes)
n✔ Application performance monitoring across Java / .NET / PHP
n✔ Handling critical incidents, SLA-driven environments & stakeholder interaction
n✔ Experience in team handling / shift planning / governance
