1) Minimum 1 hands‑on full-cycle SAP ERP and one S/4HANA implementation with proven experience leading solution design and delivery for the SAP GRC module.
2) Should have good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Security and Architecture.
a) Fiori App Security: Understanding Fiori Catalogs, Groups, and Semantic Objects to create role-based access.
b) HANA Database Security: Configuring database-level privileges, analytic privileges, and repository roles.
c) S/4HANA Role Redesign: Migrating old ECC transactions to new S/4HANA apps, identifying obsolete transactions (Simplification List), and implementing "Least Privilege" security.
d) Embedded GRC Configuration: Setting up GRC AC 12.0 within the S/4HANA environment.
3) Should have good knowledge in SAP GRC Access Control (12.0) for S/4HANA.
a) Access Risk Analysis (ARA) & Rule Set Updating: Updating the risk library to address new S/4HANA Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks, such as Fiori app-based conflicts.
b)
Emergency Access Management (EAM/Firefighter): Configuring firefighter access for both Fiori and backend S/4HANA systems.
c) Business Role Management (BRM): Designing roles using BRM, ensuring compliance during the role build process.
d) Access Request Management (ARM): Designing workflows for provisioning users to Fiori, HANA, and backend systems.
4) Should have good knowledge of SAP GRC Migration Execution & Technical Skills.
a) Migration Strategies: Proficiency in lifting and shifting GRC settings from standalone to embedded systems.
b) Data Conversion & Migration: Expert knowledge of migrating Master Data, Risk Rules, Mitigation Controls, and Provisioning settings.
c) System Integration: Configuring Remote Function Call (RFC) connections between GRC, S/4HANA, and satellite systems.
d) Troubleshooting & Debugging: Resolving issues during the cutover and go-live phases.
