Java Backend Developer – Healthcare Technology (DevOps & Cloud)
Location: Trivandrum, Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services for healthcare applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
- Implement and support healthcare interoperability standards including DICOM, HL7, and FHIR across integrated systems.
- Design and build scalable, enterprise-grade applications using cloud-native architectures and best practices.
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of backend services.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and performance (e.G., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk).
- Design and manage containerized deployments and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code practices (e.G., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and clinical stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable,



and observable healthcare integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration, performance, and infrastructure issues across connected healthcare systems.
- Document code, integration workflows, infrastructure, and system architecture for maintainability.

Required Skills
- Healthcare Domain Expertise: Experience with DICOM, HL7, FHIR, healthcare interoperability, and system integrations.
- Backend: Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including compute, storage, and networking services.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.G., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
- Containers & Orchestration: Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application deployment.
- Monitoring & Observability: Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafan
