What We Are Looking For

The candidate should be able to think of the content idea, write the copy, understand current trends, shoot basic content and coordinate its execution.

The role is not limited to simply posting content created by others. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete social media content process.

Key Responsibility Areas

1. Platform Management
Manage and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook and other relevant platforms,



with a clear understanding of each platform's best practices.
Ensure consistency, accuracy and quality of content across all social media platforms.

2. Content Creation
Write engaging social media posts, captions and creative copy.
Develop ideas for Reels, posts, news updates, announcements and other social media content.
Research topics to ensure content is accurate, relevant and timely.
Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.

3. Audience Engagement
Monitor comments, messages and mentions.
Respond to the audience professionally and on time.
Find ways to improve engagement and build a stronger online community.

4. Trend & Competitor Analysis
Track social media trends, formats and audience behaviour.
Monitor competitors and industry content.
Use these insights to improve content and social media strategy.

5. Brand Consistency
Ensure all content follows the organisation's brand voice, tone and guidelines.
