Must-Have Skills
- 9+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in STIBO STEP / STIBO MDM.
- Extensive experience in Application Production Support and Incident Management.
- Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Experience in monitoring and supporting inbound and outbound data feeds.
- Experience in User Access Management and AD (Active Directory) administration.
- Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve STEP configuration and technical issues within SLA timelines.
- Experience in deploying, testing, and supporting STEP software releases.
- Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and data stewardship processes.
- Experience performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing preventive actions.
- Hands-on experience with STEP scripting, configuration changes, and enhancement activities.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Valuable-to-Have Skills
- Experience in STIBO STEP upgrades, migrations, and platform optimization.
- Knowledge of ETL tools, data integration frameworks, and API-based integrations.
- Exposure to workflow configuration and business process automation within STEP.
- Experience with regression testing, system testing, and release management processes.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise data architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Leadership experience in managing support teams and coordinating with business stakeholders.
