We’re Hiring: Founding CTO — Alphavex
I’m building Alphavex, a next-generation fitness and performance platform.
The first version of the app is already built on IOS and approaching launch. We have workout tracking, Apple Watch integration, recovery metrics, strength & cardio progression, AI features and a growing product roadmap.
Now I’m looking for someone to take technical ownership of the company.

Who I'm looking for
A hands-on CTO / founding engineer who can think beyond writing code.
Someone who can look at an existing product, understand what works and what doesn't, make the right architectural decisions, and build a technology foundation that can scale.
You should be comfortable getting your hands dirty with code — this is not a purely managerial CTO role.

Your responsibilities
- Take ownership of Alphavex's entire technical architecture
- Audit and stabilize the existing iOS application
- Identify and eliminate crashes, performance issues and reliability problems
- Evaluate the current backend and redesign/rebuild components where necessary




- Build a scalable API and backend architecture
- Own authentication, subscriptions, payments and user entitlements
- Build secure AI infrastructure and API integrations
- Work with Apple Health / HealthKit and Apple Watch data
- Design reliable workout, recovery and performance data pipelines
- Establish proper analytics, monitoring, logging and testing
- Set engineering standards, documentation and development processes
- Lead future integrations with wearables and emerging technologies
- Eventually build and lead a small engineering team

Solid experience with:
