Role Description The Inside Sales Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for driving enrollments and revenue growth for Infinity Learn’s learning products. Day-to-day activities include engaging with prospective learners and parents via calls, messages, and online demos, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable courses and solutions.



The role involves managing leads from various channels, conducting follow-ups, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The Inside Sales Associate will collaborate closely with marketing and academic teams to refine sales pitches, improve conversion rates, and ensure a positive experience throughout the customer journey. Regular reporting, participation in training sessions, and adherence to ethical sales practices are core aspects of this position.
