Expectations from the Role
- Act as the onsite Oracle Integration Cloud consultant and primary coordinator between customer stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
- Conduct customer integration requirement sessions, interface design discussions, data mapping walkthroughs, dependency reviews, and solution clarification workshops.
- Capture and document interface requirements, source/target mappings, transformation rules, security requirements, error handling approach, assumptions, risks, issues, and action items.
- Coordinate with offshore OIC developers, functional consultants, technical teams, reporting teams, and testers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered as per project plan.
- Review and validate OIC integration design for REST/SOAP services, ERP adapters, file-based integrations, FBDI/BIP extracts, ESS jobs, callbacks, schedules, and notifications.
- Facilitate regular customer meetings, offshore handoffs, status reviews, technical walkthroughs, test readiness reviews,



and defect triage sessions.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, interface mock runs, cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare from the onsite location.
- Track open items, defects, dependencies, change requests, integration failures, and escalations; follow up with responsible teams to drive timely closure.
- Provide clear communication to customer and project leadership on progress, risks, blockers, decisions required, and offshore delivery status.
- Ensure quality of deliverables by reviewing technical design documents, mapping sheets, unit test results, deployment notes, monitoring approach, and production support runbooks before customer review.

Must Have
- Minimum 10+ years of Oracle technical/integration experience with strong Oracle Integration Cloud implementation exposure
- Strong onsite customer-facing capability with experience in requirement gathering, integration workshops, design walkt
