- Deliver dedicated VIP and executive IT support with high responsiveness, discretion, SLA adherence, and end-to-end ownership of critical IT requirements.n
- Manage Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints through JumpCloud MDM, ensuring policy enforcement, patching, endpoint hardening, compliance, and secure access.n
- Administer endpoint security solutions including Kaspersky Antivirus and Safetica DLP, while monitoring security, patching, and compliance dashboards.n
