Project Manager (PM) – Customer Delivery
nRole Overview
nAs a Project Manager in the Customer Delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering
nmultiple customer implementations and/or larger, more complex insurance customers. In
naddition to owning delivery outcomes, you will help scale delivery excellence by managing
ncomplexity, mentoring Associate Project Managers, and driving consistency across projects.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Own delivery outcomes across multiple customer implementations and/or large, complex
ncustomer engagements
n• Act as the primary escalation point for customers and internal teams, managing risks,
nscope, and delivery challenges
n• Lead complex customer interactions to shape requirements, delivery approach, and
nimplementation strategy
n• Oversee project planning and execution across projects, ensuring timelines, quality
nstandards, and customer expectations are met
n• Mentor and guide Associate Project Managers on delivery execution, client handling, and
nrisk management




n• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across customer delivery, including adoption of AIenabled tools and processes
nRequired Skills and Experience
n• 6–9+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or customer delivery roles
n• Proven experience managing multiple projects and/or large, complex client
nimplementations
n• Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior client leadership
n• Deep ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and cross-project dependencies
n• Solid understanding of enterprise software delivery; insurance or insurtech experience
nstrongly preferred
n• Ability to influence delivery strategy and contribute to AI-driven delivery transformation
nNice to Have
n• Prior experience in P&C; insurance or insurtech
n• Experience managing or mentoring project managers
n• Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum
