nJob Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US Non-IT Engineering Recruitment.n
- Source and screen candidates for Engineering requirements.n
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment lifecycle.n
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.n
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.n

nRequirements:
n

n
- n
- 5+ years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.n
- Strong experience in Engineering Recruitment.n
- Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter,



Indeed, and other job portals.n
- Valuable understanding of W2, C2C, and Direct Hiring.n
- Experience working with VMS/MSP clients will be an added advantage.n
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.n
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.n
