nAbout the Role
NCodeyoung is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retention Manager to strengthen customer relationships, reduce churn, and drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience in retention, customer success, or account management.
NKey Responsibilities

- Engage with existing customers to understand concerns and improve retention. N
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience. N
- Handle cancellation andrefund requests while identifying opportunities for customer retention. N
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend solutions to improve customer satisfaction. N
- Conduct follow-up callsand emails to maintain customer engagement. N
- Collaborate with sales,operations,



and support teams to address customer issues. N
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and retention activities. N
- Meet retention, renewal, and customer satisfaction targets. N

nRequirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Retention, Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or a similar role. N
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. N
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. N
- Ability to handle customer objections and resolve concerns effectively. N
- Comfortable working in the US Shift (Night Shift). N
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. N
- Bachelor‘s degree in any discipline preferred. N
