Job Description
We are hiring a Field Technical Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support for:

nPosition : Field Technical Support Engineer
nLocation: Delhi
nRegion: Northern states of India.
n

nResponsibilities:
n
- n
- Support the Sales Team with on-site customer visits to resolve product and application-related issues.n
- Provide hands-on product demonstrations and simulations for customer applications.n
- Develop lab and test equipment for simulation of customer’s applications and performing product warranty evaluation.n
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email or in-person interactions.n
- Travel across India to support our growing customer base.n

nQualification:
n
- n
- Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or related fields.n
- 4+ years of experience in an industrial workplace preferred.n

n

nHands-on experience with:
n
- n
- PLC programming and interfacing of field devices, Vision Sensors, Vibration testing equipment, and lab test equipment.n




- Experience of working with various industrial protocols like Ethernet IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP, EtherCAT.n
- Installation and integration of IO-Link devices and Software.n
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.n
- Excellent communication skills to provide customers with value-added support that makes the team at ifm unique in the sensor business.n
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, with experience in ERP/CRM systems preferred.n
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and work independently, managing multiple priorities.n
