We are the Distributor for Prokon in India. We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to drive the success of Prokon within the Indian market.

nExperience :
nMinimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Software Sales, or Engineering Software Sales.
nExperience in selling Engineering Software such as Prokon, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Tekla, AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar solutions shall be highly preferred

nIndustry Preference:
nStructural Engineering Software, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, BIM, CAD/CAE Software or Engineering Consultancy

nJob Summary:

nThe ideal candidate will have strong experience in Engineering Software Sales, relationship management, strategic business development, and technical solution selling within the civil and structural engineering industry.
nThe Business Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, strengthening relationships with engineering consultants, EPC companies, educational institutions, and government organizations, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

nKey Responsibilities:
nBusiness Development
nIdentify and generate new business opportunities in structural engineering, construction, infrastructure, and consulting sectors across India
nBuild long-term relationships with engineering consultants, architects, contractors, developers, and government agencies.
nDevelop channel partners and strategic alliances where applicable.
nSales & Revenue Growth
nAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
