A KPO in Gurugram hiring for Team Leader for Non Voice Process
nLocation: Gurugram
nExperience: 4 –8 Years (2+ Years as TL)
nSalary Range :-3.5 LPA to 6 LPA
nJob Summary:
nWe are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in US Healthcare
nKPO operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, ensuring
nquality deliverables, maintaining client relationships, and driving process improvements.
nKey Responsibilities:
n* Lead, manage, and mentor a team to achieve productivity and quality targets
n* Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, and client-specific requirements
n* Coordinate with management for daily operations, updates, and issue resolution
n* Monitor team performance through regular reviews, feedback, and coaching
n* Handle client escalations and ensure timely closure
n* Maintain compliance with HIPAA and data security guidelines
n* Conduct pre-shift/post-shift meetings and share daily updates
n* Analyze MIS reports, identify trends, and drive performance improvements
n* Ensure accuracy,



quality control, and process standardization
n* Drive team engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives
n* Collaborate with Quality, Training, and HR teams for overall team development
nRequired Skills Age& Qualifications:
n* Experience in US Healthcare processes (RCM, Medical Billing, AR, Coding, or HIM)
n* 2+ years of experience in team handling and people management
n* Strong communication and client coordination skills• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
n* Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven workplace
n* Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and dashboards
