- Role: Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Senior Process Executive (SPE) N
- Domain: OTC Brokerage Payable N
- ⏳ Experience: 2 to 9 Years N
- Location: Pune / Bengaluru (BLR) N
- ️ Notice Period: 0 – 90 Days N

n Compensation & Budget
N
- n
- SME: Up to ₹10.0 LPA N
- SPE: Up to ₹6.5 LPA N
- Offered Hike: Standard 30% – 40% on last drawn fixed CTC N

n Mandatory Skills & Qualifications (Must Have)
N✅ Hands-on experience in OTC Brokerage Reconciliation
N✅ Proven expertise in Manual Brokerage Calculation
N✅ Robust domain knowledgeof OTC derivative products: FX, Options, IRS, CCS, Repos, FXO, PM, PMO
N✅ Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel & Word
N✅ Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management skills
N Key Responsibilities

- Daily Reconciliation:



Manage trade reconciliations and calculate brokerage accurately. N
- ⚠️ Exception Management: Identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies within agreed SLAs. N
- Broker Relationship: Handle broker queries, settle outstanding balances, and drive zero-escalation targets. N
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain EOD checklists, generate accuracy reports, and participate in client review meetings. N
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps, propose workflow enhancements, and assist team leads with ad-hoc reporting. N
