Job Description Job Position: Senior/Lead Informatica Developer
N Location: Kolkata/Pune
N Experience: 8 to 12+ Years
N Shift Timing: UK shift – 2:30 to 11 PM
N n Key Responsibilities
N n
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Informatica MDM and IDMC solutions.
N
- Develop and optimize complex fuzzy matching, match/merge, survivorship, and validation rules.
N
- Troubleshoot MDM processes, identify root causes, and implement performance and functional improvements.
N
- Work extensively with the SIF (Services Integration Framework) for data ingestion, publishing,
N exception handling, and error resolution.
N
- Implement and support Address Doctor functionality for address cleansing, standardization, and validation.
N
- Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting using SQL Server.
N
- Develop, debug,unit test, deploy, and maintain Informatica MDM solutions.
N
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions.
N




- Support upstream and downstream data integrations and transformations.
N
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
N
- Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure high-quality, timely project execution.
N
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective root-cause analysis and resolution.

- 10+ years ofstrong hands-on experience in Informatica technologies.

- Strong hands-onexperience with Informatica MDM and IDMC.

- Proven expertise in:
N o Fuzzy Match Rules
N o Match & Merge
N o Survivorship Rules
N o Validation Rules
N o MDM Configuration and Development
N o Performance Tuning and Optimization

- Robust hands-onexperience with SIF Framework.
