THE ROLE
nLead the architectural evolution of Qt-based UI systems for next-generation FPGA design tools. Own the vision for advancing established Qt frameworks toward contemporary, sophisticated paradigms while maintaining deep integration with high-performance backend engines. Drive the strategic direction of tool interfaces built on Qt technology.
nThis is NOT a web development role. We need someone who has architected sophisticated Qt-based UI systems for professional tools and can mentor teams on UI architecture excellence.

nYOUR BACKGROUND

- n
- 15+ years in core UI development for systems software (NOT web frameworks)n
- Deep expertise in C++ UI frameworks, specifically Qt (core competency)n
- Strong proficiency in Qt architecture, signals/slots, custom widgets, graphics view frameworkn
- Professional tools experience: EDA (Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor), Adobe, or similar systems softwaren
- Proven track record transitioning legacy UI to modern architectures while leveraging Qt capabilitiesn
- Expert in GUI toolkits, event-driven architecture,
