Skill - SAP ERP Human Capital Management (HCM)
nExperience - 6 to 12years
nLocation - Chennai

nRequired Experience
n1 experience in SAP HCM projects.
n2. Implementation experience in HCM and HCM certified.
n3. Should have UK PY skills who can work independently as individual
ncontributor with the customer
n4. Minimum 1 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation experience
n5. Support experience which involves few custom developments
n6. Experience of setting up HR Mini Master Data.
n7. Valuable knowledge of HR processes across different modules.
n8. Overall understanding of core HR processes, Organization Management, Personnel Cost Planning, Trainings & Event Management.
n9. Should be aware about Master and Transaction data deletion concepts
