Position: Sales Specialist – IT Services
Experience: 3+ Years in Sales
Location: HITEC City, Hyderabad

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Services Sales professional with strong experience in IT Services/ERP sales, outbound prospecting, lead generation, B2B sales, and pipeline building.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects using the BANT framework, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building relationships with mid-to-large enterprise accounts across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and other outbound channels.
- Identify target accounts, decision-makers, and business opportunities across international markets.
- Qualify prospects using BANT – Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client business and technology requirements.
- Sell IT Services, ERP, SaaS, Digital Transformation, AI, Automation, and related technology solutions.




- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting → qualification → discovery → presentation/demo → proposal → negotiation → closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, business leaders, IT decision-makers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and grow mid-to-large enterprise accounts.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities.
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical, delivery, and marketing teams to develop solutions and proposals.
- Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Track pipeline, conversion, revenue, and sales performance against assigned targets.
- Leverage AI-based sales and productivity tools for prospect research, outreach, personalization, and productivity.

Mandatory Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT Services / ERP / SaaS / Technology Sales.
- Robust experience in outbound lead generation and pipeline build
