- Experience with wireless technologies (Juniper MIST/Cisco Wireless preferred)n
- Experience in Monitoring Logs in Splunkn
- Experience and coordinating with Cisco TAC Engineers for Advance Troubleshootingn
- Experience with voice technologies desiredn
- Network & Security configuration managementn
- Technologies configuration & troubleshooting connectivity issues involving, VLAN, SDWAN, MPLS, Cradle-point, Broadband DIA, Wireless and OSPF, BGP, STP, EtherChannel protocolsn
- Strong coordination experience in on-call support and bridge call handlingn
- Strong L2 troubleshooting skills across switches, routers, and wireless technologiesn
