Job Description
Job Summary:
nWe are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user, office infrastructure,
nasset management, and project-based support. The role involves troubleshooting, device
nlifecycle management, office IT infrastructure support, inventory management, and
ncoordination with remote technical teams and third-party vendors.
nKey Responsibilities:
nEnd-User Support
n• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
n(Windows, macOS, Linux).
n• Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment.
n• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues.
n• Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.
nOffice Infrastructure Support
n• Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and
nworkplace technologies.
n• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and related
ninfrastructure equipment.
n• Assist with smart office solutions, digital signage, and conference room technologies.




n• Coordinate with vendors and support scheduled maintenance activities.
nAsset Management
n• Receive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assets.
n• Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records.
n• Coordinate warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal, and stock management.
n• Ensure compliance with asset management policies and audit requirements.
nProject & Site Support
n• Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and infrastructure
nprojects.
n• Assist with business events, demonstrations, and technology deployments.
n• Provide remote hands support and escort third-party vendors when required.
nRequired Skills
n• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and office
nIT infrastructure.
n• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, access points).
