- Looking for an experienced Functional Analyst / Solution Designer to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.n
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.n
- Work on enterprise applications involving Microsoft Azure, Node.js, and enterprise integration platforms such as HIP.n
- Drive functional analysis, solution design, application integration, testing, release planning, and production rollout.n

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.n
- Create functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.n
- Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Technical Leads, Architects, Developers, QA, and DevOps teams.n




- Provide functional guidance for Azure-based and Node.js applications.n
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.n
- Review APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise application dependencies.n
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, production validation, defect triage, and issue resolution.n
- Plan and manage application onboarding, rollout, release, deployment, and Go-Live activities.n
- Prepare release schedules, deployment plans, rollout communications, release notes, and functional documentation.n
- Manage rollout risks, dependencies, change requests, and rollback plans.n
- Coordinate production deployment, smoke testing, business sign-off, and hypercare/post-production support.n
- Support change management, user training, knowledge transfer, and adoption of recent functionality.n
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, governance, and organizational processes.n
