Job Summary:
nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Specialist – Product Implementation to manage end-to-end product onboarding and deployment for our clients. This role involves gathering business requirements, configuring the product, managing data migration, conducting UAT, and ensuring smooth go-live. The Specialist will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations, driving customer satisfaction and long-term adoption.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Manage the full implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.n
- Conduct client workshops to understand business processes and map them to product capabilities.n
- Configure product modules and workflows to align with customer requirements.n




- Manage and validate data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity.n
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams during UAT and post go-live.n
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success) for issue resolution.n
- Track project progress, communicate status updates, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.n
- Document implementation best practices, templates, and client-specific configurations for reusability.n
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless handover to the support team.n
