nKey Responsibilities
n

nDrive achievement of monthly sales targets for machines and value.
nManage sales across B2B, SME, Institutional and Retail segments.
nDevelop sales forecasts and budgets for the assigned region.
nPrepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close contracts.
nManage distribution and channels to maximize regional business performance.
nIdentify and develop current business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
nConduct competitor analysis and provide relevant market intelligence.




nDevelop marketing and promotional initiatives to support sales growth.
nMonitor business performance against budgets and maximize regional ROI.
nEnsure adherence to company SOPs and statutory requirements.
nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and internal stakeholders.
nMaintain a strong focus on cost efficiency, integrity and business profitability.
nCandidate Profile
n

nQualification: MBA / PGDM
nExperience: 0–5 years
nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English.
nGood knowledge of the local market and regional language.
nStrong negotiation, presentation and demonstration skills.
nSelf-motivated, hardworking and results-oriented.
nStrong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
