Job Description: OFSAA AML/KYC L2 Application Support Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced OFSAA AML/KYC L2 Application Support Engineer to provide production support for Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) AML/KYC solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in incident management, problem resolution, batch monitoring, application troubleshooting, and production support within the banking and financial services domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 production support for OFSAA AML/KYC applications.
- Monitor application health, scheduled jobs, and batch processes.
- Analyze and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, database, and ETL-related issues.
- Coordinate with L3, development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
- Support application deployments, patches, and release activities.
- Validate production fixes and perform post-deployment verification.
- Monitor logs and identify application performance issues.
- Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Participate in on-call and weekend support as required.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA).
- Experience supporting AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) modules.
- Robust SQL and Oracle Database troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.
- Knowledge of batch scheduling and job monitoring tools.
- Experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
- Understanding of production support processes, ITIL, and SLA management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle WebLogic and application
