Technical Recruiter – US IT Staffing
Location : Noida Sector -63
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Looking for a Technical Recruiter with 6 months to 2 years of US IT recruitment experience .
Mandatory Experience : 6 Months to 02 Year Experience (Only Experienced Candidate into same domain)
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in US IT staffing/recruitment .
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
- Experience sourcing candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster , and other job portals.
- Valuable understanding of US IT technologies, job requirements, resumes, and candidate screening .
- Must have worked with HCL as an implementation partner — implementation partner experience is mandatory .
- Candidates currently working on W2 are also encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, sourcing, and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements and meet submission targets.
