We're looking for an exceptional CTO / Founding Technology Leader to lead technology vision, AI architecture, product engineering, and technology strategy for SkillsCapital's next major prospect: a new AI-native Career Intelligence platform for technology professionals globally .
This is a builder's role , not a traditional CTO role focused mainly on managing teams, maintaining systems, or executing an established roadmap.
You are not starting from zero . SkillsCapital has already built and deployed an AI-Native Talent Engine, proprietary Talent Intelligence capabilities, and Agentic AI-driven end-to-end workflows . These systems are operational, production-ready, and deployed in business workflows and customer environments .
You'll work with founders and leadership to extend this foundation into B2C at the intersection of AI, Talent Intelligence, CareerTech, professional technology, and future of work .
