- 6–10 years of SAP HCM Testing experiencen
- Strong expertise in SAP HCM Time Management & Payrolln
- Hands-on testing of PCRs, Payroll Schemas & custom ABAP reports/objectsn
- Experience with Time Evaluation (RPTIME00), Quota Processing (RPTQTA00) & Retroactive Payrolln
- Strong experience in Regression, SIT & UAT testingn
- Hands-on experience with TOSCA or similar SAP test automation toolsn
- Experience in JIRA, Agile & Deliveryn
- Solid defect management, test data management & documentation skillsn
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsn
