The Technical Specialist – Yardi is responsible for partnering with Finance, Property,



Procurement and business stakeholders to understand business requirements, optimise business processes, and deliver effective solutions within the Yardi platform. Reporting to the Service Owner – Commercial, this role serves as the key link between business users, implementation partners, and Technology teams, ensuring business needs are translated into scalable, sustainable Yardi solutions.
The role combines business analysis, functional solution design, application administration, operational support, and continuous improvement across the Yardi platform. Working closely with business stakeholders and implementation partners, the Technical Specialist ensures the platform remains reliable, secure, and aligned with business objectives while driving adoption of Yardi best practices.
