We're looking for an exceptional CTO / Founding Technology Leader to lead technology vision, AI architecture, product engineering, and technology strategy for SkillsCapital's next major opportunity: a current AI-native Career Intelligence platform for technology professionals globally.
This is a builder's role, not a traditional CTO role focused mainly on managing teams, maintaining systems, or executing an established roadmap.
You are not starting from zero. SkillsCapital has already built and deployed an AI-Native Talent Engine, proprietary Talent Intelligence capabilities, and Agentic AI-driven end-to-end workflows. These systems are operational, production-ready, and deployed in business workflows and customer environments.
You'll work with founders and leadership to extend this foundation into B2C at the intersection of AI, Talent Intelligence, CareerTech, professional technology, and future of work.
