Role Description: The Alliances Manager is responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships that support Cloudstrats' AI platforms and solutions. This role owns end-to-end Partner Relationship Management (PRM) — including current OEM identification, onboarding,



and partnership lifecycle management — and involves identifying potential alliance partners, negotiating partnership terms, and nurturing long-term relationships with technology vendors, OEMs, system integrators, and enterprise customers. The Alliances Manager will collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop joint go-to-market plans, drive revenue through partner-led opportunities, and ensure alignment between partner offerings and Cloudstrats' product roadmap. Day-to-day tasks include managing the PRM process and partner onboarding pipeline (agreements, certifications, portal access, compliance documentation), administering partner tiering and incentive programs (rebates, MDF, co-op funds), managing deal registration and co-selling workflows with OEMs to avoid channel conflict, business planning with partners, tracking performance against partnership objectives, preparing reports and pr
