Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by generating new leads, acquiring clients, and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience or understanding of sales and logistics, along with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, self-sourcing, references, and internal sales leads.
Identify, approach, and pitch logistics services to potential clients.
Promote services, negotiate contracts, and work towards maximizing business profitability.
Handle customer objections effectively and build trust with prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Identify and develop logistics business opportunities across the national market.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve transaction-related issues and ensure smooth execution.
Use CRM systems to manage leads, track prospects,



and maintain customer information.
Develop client strategies and use appropriate marketing and sales materials to support business development.
Manage multiple projects and tasks across different teams while ensuring timely execution.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
Contribute to the development of new solutions and services to support business growth.
Requirements
Experience or interest in Business Development, Sales, or Logistics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and work in a target-driven environment.
Strong business acumen and a growth-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
