About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Executive to manage and streamline the end-to-end production process at Aurus Jewels. This role bridges design and manufacturing, ensuring that creative concepts are translated into high-quality finished pieces efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
· Work closely with the design and creative teams to understand collection briefs and translate them into production plans
· Coordinate with the production head, vendors, and karigars to ensure timely execution of prototypes and final pieces
· Oversee the entire production lifecycle—from sampling and prototyping to final delivery
· Monitor production timelines and ensure adherence to launch calendars for collections
· Maintain quality control standards across all stages of production
· Source and manage raw materials including gemstones, metals, and components
· Track inventory, production costs, and optimize resource utilization
· Collaborate with internal teams (design, merchandising, operations) to ensure seamless workflow




· Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production delays

Desired Profile
· Degree or relevant experience in Jewelry Production, Manufacturing, or related field
· Strong understanding of fine jewelry production processes and techniques
· Working knowledge of gemstones, materials, and fabrication methods
· Excellent organizational and coordination skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace
· Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
· Attention to detail with a focus on quality and craftsmanship
