Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced .NET Team Lead to spearhead backend development for our multi-user services. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to design scalable, real‑time systems using SignalR & REST APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend architecture design for multi-user services.
• Lead a team of developers, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs for client‑server communication.
• Implement real‑time communication using SignalR for multiplayer interactions.
• Ensure backend systems meet industry standards for security, reliability,



and compliance.

Required Skills
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.
• Hands‑on experience with SignalR for real‑time communication.
• Knowledge of multithreading, LINQ, and collections.
• Solid understanding of gRPC and REST API design.
• Experience with MySQL.
• Robust problem‑solving and leadership skills.
