About the Role
Orchids The International School is looking for confident, energetic and customer-focused candidates to join as Parent Relationship Managers (PRMs). The role involves managing parent enquiries, guiding families through the admission process, handling leads and building strong parent relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Handle parent enquiries through calls, walk-ins, events and referrals.
Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into admissions.
Schedule campus visits and counselling sessions.
Guide parents through the admission and documentation process.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing parents.
Address parent queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
Support admission and business development targets.
Maintain lead information and follow-ups in CRM.
Coordinate with Academic,



Marketing and Operations teams.

Requirements
MBA / B.E. / B.Tech / Any Bachelor's Degree
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Confident in speaking with parents and stakeholders.
Target-oriented with good follow-up and negotiation skills.

Salary & Incentives
MBA: ₹4.20 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹1 LPA Incentive | CTC up to ₹5.20 LPA
B.E./B.Tech: ₹4.00 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹1 LPA Incentive | CTC up to ₹5.00 LPA
Other Bachelor's Degree: ₹3.00 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹1 LPA Incentive | CTC up to ₹4.00 LPA
