Role Description The Event Business Development role is a full-time, on-site position based in Current Delhi. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with corporate clients, exhibitors, and agencies, as well as nurturing existing relationships to drive repeat business. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, preparing proposals and presentations,



and coordinating with design and operations teams to align client requirements with deliverables. The position also includes negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and representing ExpoGenius at meetings, events, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project handover and high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Business development, sales prospecting, and account management skills to identify opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Event and exhibition industry knowledge, including experience with corporate events, trade shows, and booth/exhibition solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for client meetings, proposal pitching, and contract discussions.
Planning, coordination, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects, timelines, and internal stakehold
