Responsible for supervising blow moulding shift operations, manpower deployment, production targets, machine efficiency, quality, and shop-floor compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise blow moulding shift operations and manpower deployment.
Ensure daily production targets and schedule adherence.
Monitor machine efficiency, cycle time, downtime, and productivity.
Conduct quality checks and ensure defect containment at source.
Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and troubleshooting.
Maintain shift-wise production, scrap, rejection, and downtime reports.
Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and shop-floor standards.
Monitor machine settings, process parameters, and changeovers.
Ensure proper material handling and minimize production wastage.
Guide operators and ensure smooth shift handover.

Machine Knowledge – Mandatory

Experience/working knowledge of Jagmohan, Milacron, Sika, CMP, and Meper blow moulding machines.
