We are looking for a skilled and motivated Online Bidder with a robust understanding of Website/HubSpot Development, Digital Marketing, and CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, preparing proposals, communicating with prospective clients, and converting opportunities into successful projects.

The candidate should have a good understanding of website development services such as WordPress, Shopify, PHP, custom websites, UI/UX, eCommerce development, along with digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Content Marketing, and Marketing Automation.

You will work closely with the sales, development, digital marketing, and project management teams to understand client requirements and ensure successful project conversion and handover.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, email marketing, cold outreach, referrals, and other online bidding platforms.
Search, qualify,



and respond to relevant projects related to website development, web applications, eCommerce, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and other digital marketing services.
Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Prepare and submit high-quality proposals, bids, capability statements, and presentations based on client requirements.
Understand client requirements, conduct initial discussions, and recommend appropriate website development and digital marketing solutions.
Conduct online meetings and presentations with domestic and international clients to understand their business objectives and explain our services.
Coordinate with the technical and digital marketing teams to prepare accurate project estimates, timelines, scope, and deliverables.
Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs), project proposals, scope documents, and other sales-related documentation.
