Role Description This is a full-time, in office Tendering Manager role based in New Delhi. The Tendering Manager will lead end-to-end tender management, including identifying opportunities, interpreting bid requirements, coordinating inputs from technical and commercial teams, and preparing comprehensive tender documentation. The role involves managing procurement processes, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining accurate records of bids and contracts.



The Tendering Manager will collaborate closely with sales and project management teams to align tender submissions with business objectives, pricing strategies, and resource plans. Daily responsibilities include monitoring tender portals, organizing proposal reviews, supporting negotiations, and contributing to continuous improvement of tendering practices.

What we need:
Strong tender management capabilities, including experience in Tender Management and Tender Preparation for government and enterprise projects.
Hands-on experience with the GeM Portal (Government e-Marketplace) and other government e-procurement/tendering platforms, including bid submission, catalogue/vendor registration, and compliance with portal-specific documentation requirements.
Knowledge of procurement processes and regulations, with skills in Procurement and vendor coordination.
