We’re looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who knows how to turn ad spend into profitable revenue.
You’ll be responsible for managing and scaling Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for our company as well as multiple D2C and e-commerce brands.
This is not a role where you’ll simply launch campaigns and send reports. We’re looking for someone who can think like a performance marketer — understand the numbers, identify what’s working, test aggressively, and improve ROAS/CPA over time.
What You’ll Do
* Plan, launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram
* Manage campaigns for multiple D2C/e-commerce brands
* Develop acquisition strategies based on business goals, margins and customer journey
* Set up and optimize campaigns for purchases, leads and conversions
* Analyze ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, AOV and other key metrics
* Conduct creative testing across different hooks, angles, formats and audiences
* Identify winning creatives and scale them systematically
* Manage retargeting and prospecting campaigns
* Perform audience research and competitor/ad research
* Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad concepts
* Analyze landing pages and funnels and identify conversion bottlenecks
* Monitor daily campaign performance and take corrective actions
* Build weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and action points
* Continuously test new campaign structures, audiences, creatives and offers
* Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, tracking changes and recent features
What We’re Looking For
Must-have:
* 1+ year of hands-on experience running Meta Ads
* Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
* Experience with D2C, e-commerce or lead-generation campaigns
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to understand campaign data and make decisions based on numbers
* Good understanding of the complete conversion funnel
* Experience with creative testing and performance optimization
