Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resources operations for the plant, including talent acquisition,



employee relations, industrial relations, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, performance management, contract labour administration. The role will partner closely with business leaders, employees, unions, contractors, and external authorities to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and a positive employee experience while supporting organizational objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Industrial Relations

Build and maintain positive employee relations across the plant.
Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Foster healthy relationships with unions and employee representatives to maintain industrial harmony.
Support disciplinary processes, grievance redressal, and employee engagement initiatives.
