The role requires valuable communication, analytical, organizational, and coordination skills, along with a basic understanding of finance and business operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Science/ Engineering/ Finance, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, finance, grant writing, business management, or a similar role with a basic understanding of biology.
Demonstrated experience in grant writing and preparation of funding proposals, preferably for biotech, life sciences, scientific research, or innovation projects is desirable.
Experience supporting day-to-day business/project operations and management activities.
Familiarity with financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and project financial management.
Strong understanding of finance terminology and basic financial concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Grant Writing & Project Support




Prepare and coordinate grant proposals, funding applications, concept notes, budgets, and supporting documents for biotech and scientific projects.
Research relevant funding opportunities and assist in identifying suitable grants and funding programs.
Coordinate with scientific and technical teams to gather information and develop compelling proposals.
Track grant submissions, timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
Operations & Management
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities across projects.
Support management in planning, execution, monitoring, and follow-up of key initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
Maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, meeting records, and action trackers.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
