Role Description The Senior Relationship Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Madhya Pradesh, India.



This role is responsible for building and managing strong customer relationships, with a focus on sourcing and servicing loans across Capri Loans’ key lending products, including Gold, MSME, Construction, and Housing Loans. Day-to-day activities include identifying prospective customers, explaining product features and terms, conducting preliminary eligibility checks, and supporting customers through documentation and loan processing. The Senior Relationship Officer will regularly follow up on leads, manage collections and repayments as required, maintain accurate records in company systems, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves close coordination with branch teams and credit, operations, and collections functions to drive portfolio growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and meet assigned business targets.
